Validate – audit controls are applied throughout the phases of the project so turnover goals can be achieved. Vindication of a successful process is "zero deficiencies" on close-out efforts
Workplace occupants’ assimilation into their new environment is assisted with orientation classes for product operation. Customer facility and maintenance staff are provided with information required to maintain product performance. Leadership teams are informed with Post Occupancy studies to test the success of plan and identify enhancements to future-proof the environment. Life cycle programs are offered.
